Critically Reviewing the Legal Regime Governing Sexuality and Gender Based Violence: A Case Study of Pajule Internally Displaced People's Camp, Pader District

This Study set out to identify the different forms, causes and effects of SGBV faced by women in the displaced people's camps and how this social mishap has affected the sexuality of the women. It also identified the laws that seek to protect women against SGBV and also investigated the extent to which Uganda as a state party to various international conventions has performed its primary obligation of protecting all its citizens but with specific reference to women, against any form of human rights abuse.
