Silent Voices: Research Study on the Leadership Roles of Female Students in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions
In every society, formal education, particularly at the tertiary level, serves as a basis for securing social, economic and political advantages. So central is formal education and the concomitant academic qualification to the upward mobility of people in society that even after earning first degrees, many still find it irresistible to embark on graduate academic programmes of studies in order to enhance their positions in their work places, and thus their status in life.
